Jordan was a regular in the centre of defence and had hardly missed a game in the 2018/19 and 2019/21 seasons, making 89 appearances in those 2 seasons. But suffered a devastating injury prior to the start of the 2020/21 season, when he ruptured his Achilles tendon.

He started his career as a Rochdale youngster and has had spells at Stockport, Colwyn, Solihull Moors and FC United where he joined from.
