Our Under 18s did themselves proud earlier today at The Project Solar Stadium, in a Second Round Manchester County Cup tie against Ashton United.

Progression into the Quarter Finals looked to have pasted them by, being 2 nil down with 10 minutes left on the clock. But 2 goals from the young tigers pulled them back to 2-2.

Thats how it finished at the final whistle, so was all down to dreaded penalties to decide who would go through to the Second Round.

Two excellent saves from the Under 18s Goal Keeper ensured they progress into the Quarter Finals.
