Harry Ditchfield has commited to staying another year at the Project Solar Stadium
Despite offers from other clubs the Hattersley born defender has signed on for another season.
Ditchfield will continue adding to his 172 appearances and 8 goals since signing in October 2021 and is the current longest serving player at the club.
Manager Nick Spooner said ”I’m really pleased Ditch is staying, Ditch is a local lad and is loyal as we know and we know their is still lots more to come from him.”
We have added another pre-season fixture to our schedule as we welcome, National League side, Morecambe FC on Tuesday 15th July with a 7:30pm kick off.
Supporters who have purchased a season ticket for this coming season will be able to attend the match for free.
On Saturday 2nd August we will host Stalybridge Celtic as we play for, what will be the 25th anniversary of The Ray Stanley Shield. Kick off is at 3pm as we look to retain the trophy.

In a recent meeting, the Tigers’ Club Sub-Committee reviewed the current Tigers’ Club Members Discount Scheme.
It was agreed that the discount scheme should run on an annual basis in line with the season and our accounting year, i.e. from 1 June to 31 May. The scheme would then be in line with season ticket holders who get Tigers’ Club membership as part of their season ticket package.
All current memberships will expire on 31 May 2025. Current members who purchased via the FanBase App need not do anything, but should note that no further payment will be taken on the renewal date.
Fans who still wish to join the membership scheme to qualify for discount in the Tigers’ Club and the new App2Tap machines in Big Als Bar, can do so by purchasing a Tigers’ Club Season Ticket, either on the Fanbase App, instructions below, or via the website using the link:

Those using the App will get a QR code in the Apps wallet to show that they are a Tigers’ Club Member. Those purchasing via the website link will get an email confirming they are a member which they can show to prove they are a member.
To get discount on the App2Tap machines a member will require a discount code that will need adding to the App2Tap App, to get this discount code you will need to send an email to app2tap@hydeunited.co.uk and provide your Name as it appears in the FanBase App and the email address you used in the FanBase APP. Once activated, your purchase will automatically apply the discount.
Joe Hillary has returned to Stockport County following the end of his loan period.
We thank Stockport for letting us loan Joe and wish Joe well for the future.
Away supporters entry will be via turnstiles 2 and 3, which are located at the back of the car park at the North side of the ground. Turnstiles will be open from 1.30pm with standing on the North Terrace and seating at the North end of the Moss Lane (West) stand – both adjacent to each other.
NB – Spectators will be subject to bag searches and pat-downs on entry and stewards will guide fans to the appropriate areas. There will be Tea & Beer bar facilities available.
We can officially announce the loan signing of Joe Hillary from Stockport County.
Joe has been with us throughout pre-season and has now agreed a one month loan deal.

After impressing on trial. Ethen Vaughan has signed for the club.
Ethen has previously been at Bradford Park Avenue Farsley Celtic, Guiseley and Bootle.
