Jay signs for the Tigers from Matlock Town.
Starting his career in the youth setup at Sheffield Wednesday, Jay signed his professional contact with them in June 2021 and made his debut against Rochdale in the EFL Cup in 2022.
Jay had loan spells at Belper Town, Gainsborough Trinity and Spennymoor Town, before joining Matlock Town for the 2024/25 season.
