Jonah Mitchell Signs Contract

Hyde United are delighted to announce that Jonah Mitchell has agreed a deal until the end of the season.
The pacey Northern Irishman has made quite the impact since joining the Tigers in the summer from NIFL Championship side Queens University FC.
The 22-Year-Old who started out at Linfield before moving onto Ards has made an impressive start to life with three goals in 12 league appearances and his versatility across the front line has made him an asset to Jim Gannon’s side.
On signing his contract Mitchell said ‘’I’m really enjoying my football here at Hyde, since coming over to the area, it’s been great to join a team looking to push on. You never know what to expect coming over to a different country and some of the teams I didn’t really know about which has probably worked in my favour so you go and play free and play your own game.’’
