An excellent team goal doubled the lead as Tongue and Pratt combined, who produced a pin point cross onto the head of Benns who found the back of the net.

FC United had a chance to equalise from the spot as Waddecar won a penalty. But he came up against Hyde keeper Green who wrapped up all three points and the man of the match performance as he produced a brilliant save to deny Main 10 minutes from time.
