”Cleggy” has been well established a home town club Atherton Collieries, across two spells, as well as managing Ashton United, Warrington Rylands and Macclesfield FC.
His reputation across non-league is high with his teams tough to beat whilst scoring lots of goals.

Max was signed from Witton Albion in October. A silky midfielder he has played the likes of Bury, Stalybridge Celtic, Altrincham and Avro in the past.
Harry was a experienced footballer who signed after a spell with Ashton United in 2023.
He started with Manchester City and had loans with Rochdale, Preston North End, Oldham Athletic, Crewe Alexandra and Sheffield United. Signed permanently for Huddersfield Town before moving to Bury and then had spells at Southend United, Kilmarnock, York City, Scunthorpe United and Buxton. After leaving Hyde, he signed for Avro.
When Martin Coyne took over as interim manager he was brought in to assist him, and joined the staff permanently after the appointment of Martin.
