Nick Spooner has added a couple of additions to his squad for the FA Cup
trip to Warrington Rylands.
Amaar Hussain joins from National League side Altrincham on a dual
registration. Amaar said ” I’m an attacking winger who likes to cut
inside or I can play in the number 10 and look to make assists and score
goals”
Amaar made his mark in the National League and North-West Youth Alliance
squads in his debut season at the club and has proved himself a real
handful for defenders, as illustrated by a return of 37 goals last
season from an attacking position on the left of midfield.
Also stepping up from the Under 21’s into the senior squad is Tawab
Djankpata, Tawab is 22 and was born in Togo but can also represent Italy
and has impressed enough to have caught the eye of Nick Spooner.
Both will go into today’s squad to face Warrington Rylands.
One playing leaving the club is Jordan Lazenbury who has signed for
North West Counties side Daisy Hill. We thank Jordan for his efforts and
wish him well in his future endeavours.
